Reich Consulting Services, Inc.
About Us:
Harvey Gollman, President of The Gollman Group Inc., has been involved in the field of Nuclear Medicine since 1966.
He has had the opportunity to experience the full range of exciting developments in the field of Nuclear Medicine
including work with the first commercial Positron Gamma Camera in 1968. He established his company over 23
years ago to provide both equipment and consulting services to the Nuclear Medicine marketplace. In 1990, he
expanded to include global involvement in the development of Radiochemistry Laboratories for Medical Cyclotron
Facilities. In 2000, he added the PET consulting division to provide complete turn-key PET imaging capability for
private oncology practices to create their own in-house scanner sites.
Amy Tecosky, President of The Action Project, has over 18 years experience in contract negotiation on both the Payer
and Provider sides. She has successfully negotiated managed care contracts for statewide facilities and provider
networks prior to their opening so they would be able to provide services to members of Managed Care Companies
when they opened for business. Recent projects include the formation of a South Florida network of Urgent Care
Centers to over 2 million members and successfully contracted with major Workers Compensation carriers. Through
her experience and understanding of reimbursement methodologies, she was able “raise the bar” on
reimbursements for statewide networks, including PET Scan services and Diagnostic facilities.
