WESTON PAVILION PARTNERS, LLLP PURCHASES THE WESTON MEDICAL SURGICAL PAVILION
TO FACILITATE THE EXPANSION OF AN AMBULATORY SURGERY CENTER THAT WAS
REACHING OPERATIONAL CAPACITY.

Reich Consulting Services was initially hired in 2003, to provide marketing development and sales experience to
assist a real estate limited partnership Weston Pavilion Partners, LLLP, a Florida limited liability limited partnership
with the purchase of the Weston Medical Surgical Pavilion, a fully lease two-story 30,000-square foot medical building
at 2229 North Commerce Parkway, Weston, FL.  The Pavilion includes The Weston Outpatient Surgical Center (the
“Center”), a 13,000-sq. ft. state licensed, Medicare certified, JCAHO accredited ambulatory surgery center, and
HealthSouth’s 5,000-sq. ft. MRI facility are on the first floor.  The 12,000-sq. ft. second floor is finished as medical
offices for private doctors, HealthSouth physical therapy, Quest Lab and x-ray facilities.

In May 2004, we successfully raised $3.1 million on behalf of Weston Pavilion Partners in order to purchase the
Weston Medical Pavilion. The Weston area has become a strategic market for medical services.  In order to capitalize
on the medical demands and land values, the Partnership purchased this large multi-specialty medical facility in
Weston, which opened in August 2000. The Center, which has four (4) state-of-the-art operating rooms and two (2)
endoscopy suites has plans to do a renovation and expansion project that, when completed next year, is anticipated to
provide two (2) additional sterile operating rooms and one (1) additional endoscopy suite.  The Partnership plans to
raise up to $1,500,000 in additional capital for expansion of the Center by selling further ownership interest in the
Pavilion.  

OBTAIN NEW MANAGED CARE CONTRACTS FOR A LONG-TERM CARE PROVIDER

Reich Consulting Services in association with the The Action Project, a managed care consulting company, identified
unique service benefits provided by Allied Mobile X-Ray, Miami, Florida, an imaging provider to the South Florida long-
term care market, which differentiated the quality of their services for local managed care plans. The differentiation of
their services in terms of better quality of care and reduced likelihood of emergency room visits and the associated
expense and liability combined with our plan to better communicate these benefits with the payors improved the
awareness of  Allied’s capabilities and enabled us to obtain three new managed care contracts with Blue Cross Blue
Shield, CarePlus, and Vista Health Plans.

PARKCREEK SURGERY CENTER, LLLP
COMPLETES OFFERING OF UNITS
AND RAISES $10 MILLION FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW
AMBULATORY SURGERY CENTER IN
COCONUT CREEK, FLORIDA.
Reich Consulting Services, Inc. announces the completion on
September 30, 2005 of the offering of units in the ParkCreek
Surgery Center, LLLP, a Florida limited liability limited partnership
(the “Partnership”), which raised $10 million to construct a 21,400
square foot ambulatory surgery center at 6810 North State Road
7, Coconut Creek, Florida (located on the first floor on the
southwest side of the Carl’s Furniture building).

The Surgical Center, which will be 90% owned by 46 physicians,
and will have five (5) state-of-the-art operating rooms and two (2)
endoscopy suites, and is expected to open in early 2006.  The
location will also include a diagnostic center in approximately
4,500 square feet of additional space.  The North Broward/South
Palm Beach county area has become a strategic market for
medical services.
We raise money for new ventures or existing partnerships. We create strategic and business plans
for health care companies, which include market research and high level new business lead
generation campaigns. We provide an executive sales presence on a project basis. Our system of
approaching new prospects can better support the customer’s internal sales effort. We specialize
in marketing and sales implementation programs for small to medium sized companies, with few or
no sales people.  We summarize our projects with recommendations to better implement our plan.
Our approach improves business development opportunities, because we will evaluate if we are
creating demand for a product or service or identifying potential customers who should already
have a need. We strive to create realistic expectations which generate a more successful plan of
action.
